Income Limits

In order to qualify for an apartment, applicants must earn a minimum of two times the amount of the monthly rent. This standard is designed to ensure that residents have sufficient income to meet their rental obligations, as well as cover other essential living expenses such as utilities, groceries, transportation, and healthcare. By adhering to this guideline, we aim to foster a stable and secure community where residents can thrive.
